A company in the Shared Services sector located in Selangor.

Job Description

  • Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
  • Prepare periodic reports on receivables performance and ageing analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivables Leader should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or related functions within the Shared Services or Global Shared Services sector. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
