Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate with Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and generate financial reports as required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and details.
  • Maintain compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable (AP) - Vietnamese Speaker should have:

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese, both written and spoken, along with strong English communication skills.
  • Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
