Job Description

  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and data.
  • Handle payroll queries and provide resolutions efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit statutory payments and reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll operations.
  • Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll processes.
  • Continuously review and improve payroll systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Experience in payroll processing within the business services sector.
  • Knowledge of local payroll regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems
  • Able to read and write chinese because serving the Taiwan based company.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
