Job Description

  • Direct warehouse and logistics activities to maintain safe, organised and efficient operations.
  • Set operational plans that support the timely movement, storage and handling of goods.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and address issues that may affect service delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics activities to improve the flow of materials across operations.
  • Review operating processes and introduce practical improvements to strengthen efficiency.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to align logistics plans with business requirements.
  • Oversee the use of warehouse space and resources to support smooth daily operations.
  • Provide clear direction for the Logistics function and maintain consistent operating standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Warehouse & Logistics Director' should have:

  • Strong capability in leading warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Experience in planning and managing the movement and storage of goods.
  • Practical knowledge of warehouse processes and operational performance monitoring.
