Job Description

  1. Lead and implement the visual merchandising strategy across the Malaysia market.
  2. Adapt global creative concepts into commercially effective local executions.
  3. Manage seasonal launches, events, store openings, and promotional activations.
  4. Ensure consistent VM standards across boutiques, department stores, and retail partners.
  5. Partner with Retail, Marketing, PR, and Product teams on key campaigns.
  6. Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and expenditure tracking.
  7. Monitor execution quality through audits, store visits, and performance reviews.
  8. Lead, coach, and develop the VM team while managing agencies and suppliers.



The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related discipline.
  2. At least 8 years' visual merchandising experience within luxury, beauty, or retail.
  3. Proven leadership and project management experience.
  4. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  5. Strong commercial acumen with understanding of consumer behavior and retail performance.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
