Job Description

  • Lead vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities across relevant technology environments.
  • Plan testing scopes, approaches and schedules to ensure assessments address agreed security needs.
  • Identify, validate and document security vulnerabilities through structured testing activities.
  • Review testing findings and prioritise issues based on their potential technical impact.
  • Prepare clear assessment reports with practical remediation recommendations for technical teams.
  • Present vulnerability findings and testing outcomes to relevant stakeholders in a clear manner.
  • Track remediation progress and retest resolved vulnerabilities to confirm closure.
  • Maintain consistent documentation for testing activities, findings and retest results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Vapt Lead should have:

  • Strong capability in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Experience planning and delivering structured security testing activities.
  • Ability to identify, validate and clearly document security vulnerabilities.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability prioritisation and remediation validation.
  • Ability to produce concise technical reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Confidence presenting security findings to technical stakeholders.

  • Permanent employment contract.
  • Salary of MYR 135,000 to MYR 180,000.
