Job Description

  • Plan and execute user research studies to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are integrated into technology solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behaviors and needs.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables to guide product development.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to identify user pain points and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research within financial services.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful UX Researcher should have:

  • A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.
  • Proficiency in research tools and methodologies, including usability testing and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in financial services or familiarity with technology products is advantageous.
