Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design culture
  • Oversee UX delivery across multiple projects, from discovery and research through to implementation and validation
  • Drive user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions
  • Own and govern the organization's Design System, including component libraries, design tokens, accessibility standards, and documentation
  • Establish governance frameworks and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency across products
  • Define UX standards and acceptance criteria covering accessibility, responsiveness, and implementation quality
  • Lead design reviews and facilitate alignment between UX, technology, product, and business teams
  • Drive Design System adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

The Successful Applicant

A successful UX Manager should have:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and design leadership capabilities
  • Over 8 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing UX/UI teams
  • Proven experience building, governing, or scaling Design Systems
  • Strong expertise in Design Thinking, User-Centred Design, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Usability Testing, and Accessibility
  • Hands-on proficiency with Figma, FigJam, prototyping tools, and modern AI-assisted design tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
