Job Description

  • Standardizing user journeys and design solutions across multiple markets
  • Leading UX optimization initiatives to improve customer outcomes and business performance
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements
  • Ensuring design quality throughout implementation and production deployment
  • Contributing to and enhancing regional design systems, templates, and components
  • Managing project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and design deliverables
  • Leading and mentoring internal and external design resources when required
  • Driving stronger collaboration between CX, IT, product, and business teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful UX Design Senior Manager should have:

  • Over 7 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, ideally within large-scale website or mobile application environments
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end customer journey design and service design principles
  • Proven experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and translating insights into impactful design solutions
  • Deep understanding of digital product development lifecycles
  • Proficiency in industry-standard UX/UI design tools (Figma/ FigJam)
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and managing complex projects across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and complex business environments
