Job Description

  • Lead enterprise-wide Information Management platforms
  • Drive digital banking onboarding and customer servicing capabilities
  • Spearhead platform modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
  • Oversee APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration architecture
  • Champion DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud-native engineering
  • Lead and develop high-performing technology teams
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Unit Head for the Digital Banking team should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Over 13 years of technology experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Strong software engineering and platform management background
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments
  • Proven success delivering mission-critical digital platforms
  • Banking, financial services, fintech, or large-scale digital organisation experience mandatory
  • Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, and strategic planning skills
