Job Description

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for digital products, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Analyse and interpret user feedback to refine and enhance existing digital products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in design, computer science, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in Product Design/ UIUX.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing effectively.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skill.
