We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Creative Services team.Working in close partnership with our Digital Product team, you'll help shape and deliver intuitive, visually engaging experiences across our websites and applications. You'll be equally comfortable thinking about how something looks and how it works, using research and insight to inform your decisions rather than relying on assumptions.

Job Description

This role is suited to someone with strong UX and UI capabilities who can confidently explain the rationale behind their work, gather requirements from stakeholders, and translate complex challenges into simple, effective solutions.

You'll also contribute to the evolution of our design system, helping to maintain consistency across our products while identifying opportunities to improve the user experience, support business objectives, and streamline ways of working through AI-powered tools.

  • Create intuitive and visually engaging experiences across websites and digital applications.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, user interface designs, and supporting design documentation.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective design outcomes.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to better understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
  • Present work clearly, explaining design decisions, expected outcomes, and measures of success.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Explore and adopt AI-enabled tools that improve workflows, efficiency, and product experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and developments in UX, UI, and digital design.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience in UX/UI, Digital, or Product Design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating website, application, and digital product design projects.
  • Strong visual design skills and a clear understanding of layout, typography, interaction, and usability principles.
  • Experience applying user research and insight to inform design decisions.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and related design and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, quality, and output.



  • Experience working alongside Product and Development teams.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
  • Experience with analytics, user testing, or conversion optimisation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
