Job Description

  • Own end-to-end UX/UI design across digital products and platforms
  • Conduct user research and transform insights into intuitive design solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful experiences
  • Help build and evolve design systems, component libraries, and design standards
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centred design best practices
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to drive design innovation
  • Influence products that deliver meaningful value to users and the business

The Successful Applicant

A successful UI/UX Designer should have:

  • Over 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or related digital design roles
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects across web and/or mobile platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
  • Experience conducting user research and translating insights into intuitive and engaging user experiences
  • Proven ability to create, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present and justify design decisions
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • A keen eye for detail, usability, accessibility, and creating seamless user journeys
  • Exposure to AI-powered design tools and a passion for staying current with emerging design trends and technologies
  • Experience with usability testing, analytics, or conversion optimisation initiatives
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile applications
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in design practices
