Job Description

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and define transformation objectives.
  • Design and deliver technology solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end transformation architecture projects.
  • Provide strategic insights to drive business value through technology innovations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation and integration.
  • Document and present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in technology and Professional Services to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience, ideally including:
    • Exposure to management consulting, technology consulting, or digital transformation roles
    • Experience in strategy, operations, or system/process improvement initiatives
  • Hands-on involvement in large transformation programmes, such as:
    • Digital or IT transformation
    • M&A integration with system/process alignment
    • Organisation restructuring with technology enablement
  • Experience supporting transformation or consulting engagements within the Financial Services Industry
  • Experience working with clients within the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Exposure to core banking systems or platforms will be an added advantage
