Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end trade finance operations, including document verification, transaction processing, and import & export loans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and process trade transactions within stipulated timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of trade transactions.
  • Support the team in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required.
  • Assist in audits and regulatory reporting related to trade operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Operations (Senior Officer) should have:
