  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and documentary collections.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all trade operations activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Monitor and manage trade finance documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on trade operations processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Prepare and review reports related to trade operations for management and regulatory submissions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting trade finance operations.

The Successful Applicant
