The position works closely with regional and local stakeholders to ensure reward practices remain competitive, consistent, and aligned with organisational goals.

Job Description

  • Support the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs across regional markets.
  • Framework cascaded from global, require to localize & execute global Total Rewards frameworks, policies, and initiatives in alignment with local market requirements.
  • Conduct market bench marking and compensation analyses to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversee annual rewards process (salary review, incentive planning, budgeting, market bench marking) for sales market.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance (Controlling), People teams, and Global Total Rewards stakeholders.
  • Individual contributor role

The Successful Applicant

A successful Rewards Partner should have:

  • Experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits frameworks in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience working across multiple countries
  • Experience partnering with both corporate and frontline employee populations
