Job Description

  • Manage and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations for the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Provide advisory support on tax implications for business decisions and transactions.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues.
  • Oversee tax audits and liaise with relevant authorities as required.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on tax matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations.
