Job Description

  • Design and implement IBM BAW and ODM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
  • Analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Customise and configure IBM BAW and ODM tools to optimise workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IBM BAW and ODM systems.
  • Conduct system testing and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Train and assist end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful System Analyst (IBM BAW/ODM) should have:

  • At least 6+ years of hands-on experience with IBM BAW or ODM tools.
  • Proficiency in analysing and documenting technical requirements.
  • Ability to design and implement automated workflows and decision management solutions.
  • Experience in system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A relevant educational background in technology or a related field.
