This role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end customer order processing while ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery. You will act as a key coordination point between customers and internal teams to drive operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Manage end‑to‑end order processing, including sales orders, credit notes, and order tracking
  • Monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery in line with agreed service levels
  • Coordinate closely with third‑party logistics providers (3PL) for shipments and documentation
  • Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, issues, and complaints
  • Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on order status and delivery
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Technical teams
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintain accurate records and manage complaints through internal systems
  • Support month-end closing activities and prepare supply chain KPI reports
  • Track and drive performance metrics such as OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) and Case Fill Rate
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Specialist should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or order management roles
  • Proven experience handling end‑to‑end order processing in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards) is an advantage
