Supply Chain Coordination & OperationsSupport day-to-day supply chain activities across planning, warehousing, logistics, or procurement to ensure business continuityCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, IT) to track progress and align on key milestonesMaintain trackers, action logs, and risk registers to monitor deliverablesAssist in resolving operational issues and ensuring service levels are maintained during the transition2. Data Preparation & ValidationSupport preparation and validation of supply chain master data (products, inventory, locations, vendors)Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and errorsValidate key operational data (e.g. stock levels, open orders) to ensure accuracy before system migrationSupport testing activities to ensure supply chain processes function correctly in the new system3. Cutover & Go-Live PreparationTrack readiness for system go-live, including stock readiness, transaction closure, and site preparationSupport coordination of stock build-up and logistics readinessEnsure open transactions (e.g. purchase orders, deliveries) are properly closed before system transitionAssist in preparing contingency plans to minimise disruption4. Post Go-Live Support (Hypercare)Monitor supply chain performance after system launchIdentify and troubleshoot issues such as stock discrepancies or process breakdownsCoordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth operations5.
