Job Description

Reporting to the regional procurement leadership team, you will act as a central coordinator for supplier risk and governance activities across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain supplier risk assessment tracking across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Coordinate supplier due diligence activities, including ESG, compliance, financial, and governance assessments.
  • Monitor supplier assessment status, expiry dates, renewals, and compliance requirements to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare regional reports, dashboards, and risk status updates for procurement leadership.
  • Maintain supplier records and supporting documentation to ensure audit readiness and data accuracy.
  • Support governance activities related to supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier compliance requirements.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, Data Privacy, and Information Security teams across the region.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage digital tools, automation, or AI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data management.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier risk management and procurement governance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supplier Risk & Compliance Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement operations, supplier management, compliance, risk management, shared services, or business operations.
  • Strong Excel and data management capabilities.
  • Experience working with procurement or ERP systems such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to supplier onboarding, ESG assessments, compliance controls, governance, or risk management processes will be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple trackers and reporting requirements.
  • Comfortable working independently while coordinating stakeholders across different countries and functions.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with an interest in automation, AI tools, and process improvement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
