Job Description

  • Lead development and debugging of test programmes for validation and characterisation
  • Analyse test data to identify failure modes, trends, and optimisation opportunities
  • Manage and troubleshoot test hardware, including automated test equipment (ATE)
  • Document test procedures, specifications, and technical reports
  • Drive initiatives to reduce test time while maintaining quality and reliability
  • Improve test coverage and support continuous improvement activities



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in semiconductor test engineering
  • Strong programming skills (C/C++, Python, etc.) is a good to have
  • Experience with ATE platforms such as Advantest V93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX
  • Solid knowledge of digital, mixed-signal, and parametric test methodologies
  • Strong statistical and yield analysis capabilities (e.g., PAT, GR&R, yield improvement)
  • Proven ability to mentor team members and work across multi-site teams
