This Product Specialist role sits within the Wealth Digital Products and Proposition Domain, supporting the FX Derivatives platform and related product enhancements. The successful candidate will combine FX Derivatives domain expertise with technical and stakeholder management skills to drive platform performance, product innovation, and regulatory compliance.

Job Description

  • Manage, maintain, and configure the FX Derivatives platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure platform capabilities align with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and technical issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new features and releases.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory, and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with interfacing systems to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience working on FX Derivatives within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of MarginMan is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, ADO, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
