Job Description

  • Gather and document business needs for equities technology initiatives, creating clear requirements for delivery teams.
  • Analyse current processes and identify practical improvements that support reliable technology delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to clarify priorities, expected outcomes and scope for agreed work.
  • Translate business needs into structured user stories, process flows and functional documentation.
  • Support the review of proposed solutions to ensure they address agreed business requirements.
  • Coordinate requirement discussions across business and technology teams to maintain clear alignment.
  • Contribute to testing activities by validating delivered features against documented requirements.
  • Maintain accurate analysis documentation to support change delivery and future reference.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Assoc, Business Analyst - Wdpp, Wrb Tech (Equities) should have:

  • Ability to analyse business needs and turn them into clear functional requirements.
  • Experience preparing user stories, process maps and structured business documentation.
