Job Description

As a Sourcing Associate, you'll join a high-performing team passionate about delivering exceptional results. You'll leverage your language skills to build and nurture relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure optimal candidate matches.
  • Negotiate terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Attract top talent through innovative engagement strategies.
  • Guide clients and candidates through the interview and offer process for a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with your team and across the business to maximise cross-selling opportunities and drive collective success.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Experienced recruitment experiences from an agency background with a proven track record of success highly preferred
  • Growth mindset with a strong desire to win new business and expand market share.
  • Collaborative, energetic team player who contributes positively to team and company culture.
