We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide technical design support and engineering solutions for construction projects, working closely with sales, consultants, and clients from proposal stage to site execution. This role blends design, calculations, drawings, and on‑site problem solving, offering hands‑on exposure to real projects, client engagement, and performance‑based incentives.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support and engineering solutions to customers, consultants, architects, and internal sales/marketing teams
  • Prepare and review drawings, calculations, specifications, proposals, and cost estimates
  • Handle technical queries and support pre‑ and post‑sales activities
  • Conduct product installation training and resolve on‑site technical issues
  • Assist with value‑engineered design solutions in line with codes and project requirements
  • Process and manage client orders and project coordination
  • Promote the company's technical value proposition through seminars and specification work
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams on product standardisation and development
  • Use CAD/Revit and engineering tools to support project execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solutions Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of CAD and Revit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to communicate clearly in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Chinese
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and detail‑oriented
  • Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Possess own vehicle with a valid driving licence
