About Our Client

Our client, a leading manufacturing and technology-driven organization, is seeking a Operation Analytics & Digital Solutions Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives, operational analytics, and process automation across multiple business functions.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines integrating data from manufacturing, enterprise, engineering, quality, testing, and supplier systems.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that provide real-time insights into operational performance, trends, and business risks.
  • Apply statistical analysis and data analytics techniques to support root cause investigations, yield improvement initiatives, defect reduction, and productivity enhancement programs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation tools, applications, and scripts to streamline processes and eliminate manual tasks.
  • Create digital workflows and business solutions while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and IT standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Maintain proper documentation, version control, and change management practices for all developed systems and applications.
  • Support AI-assisted initiatives by working closely with domain experts to ensure outputs are reliable, explainable, and actionable.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects across the organization.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Software Automation Engineer (C++/OOP) should have:

  • A strong background in C#, Java, C++ and other programming and software development.
  • Strong programming foundation with experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience gathering and translating technical and business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data analytics, KPI development, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Experience performing statistical analysis, modeling, and quantitative evaluations to support business decision-making.
  • Ability to develop process maps, analyze workflows, and recommend process improvements.
  • Familiarity with automation, reporting, dashboard development, and digital solution deployment
