Job Description

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programmes aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Lead accident and incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Deliver safety inductions, orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training programmes.
  • Monitor PPE compliance and ensure proper safety signage and controls are maintained.
  • Coordinate emergency response planning, evacuation drills, and preparedness activities.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, records, incident reports, and compliance metrics.
  • Support management in promoting a positive safety culture and continuous HSE improvements.
  • Oversee schedule waste management and ensure safe handling and disposal practices.
  • Report safety performance metrics to management and support compliance reporting.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of Health & Safety experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction, or related environments.
  • Strong understanding of occupational safety regulations, risk management, and incident investigation practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Green Book certification will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
