Job Description

  • Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability.
  • Manage networking technologies including routing, switching, wireless networks, telecommunications, and network segmentation.
  • Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability, while identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Manage network incidents, service requests, and technical escalations in accordance with established service levels.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational stability.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for complex network and infrastructure-related issues.
  • Plan, assess, coordinate, and implement infrastructure changes through established change management processes.
  • Lead network infrastructure projects, technology refresh initiatives, and site expansion activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, regional IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage relationships with telecommunications providers, contractors, and technology vendors.
  • Support cybersecurity, compliance, audit, risk management, and business continuity requirements.
  • Maintain network documentation, standards, procedures, and operational records.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to infrastructure strategy, capacity planning, and technology evaluation initiatives..

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of routing, switching, wireless networking, telecommunications, network monitoring, and network security principles.
  • Experience managing incidents, change management processes, project delivery, and vendor management.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting highly available and resilient network environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
