They are undergoing an advance technology and digital transformation, shifting from standard consumer digital banking into high-velocity automation, tokenisation, and artificial intelligence.

Job Description

  • Develop user-centric content for digital platforms, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to align content with user needs and business goals.
  • Review and edit existing content to improve usability and readability.
  • Conduct user research to understand customer pain points and tailor content accordingly.
  • Maintain and update content guidelines and tone of voice documentation.
  • Test and optimise content to ensure effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Support the implementation of content strategies for new product launches and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards for all content.

The Successful Applicant

  • Malaysian
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of UX Writing experience.
  • Experience writing for mobile apps and digital products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and content design work.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Confluence, Jira, and design collaboration tools.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design and technology.
  • Knowledge of user experience principles and content strategy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in tone and style.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms used for content creation and management.
  • An understanding of the financial services industry is an advantage.
