Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end product design, covering both UX and UI, from initial concept to final implementation.
  • Translate complex business requirements and workflows into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Conduct user research, develop user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes to improve product usability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Business Stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions.
  • Maintain design consistency and contribute to the continuous improvement of design systems and product experiences.
  • Explore emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance design processes and productivity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Interaction Design or a related discipline.
  • 4-8 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably within fintech, banking, SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UX problem-solving and UI execution capabilities.
  • Proficient in Figma and other relevant design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience designing complex digital products, platforms or enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design and usability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A hands-on designer with strong design sensibility, attention to detail and a passion for simplifying complex problems.
