Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate testing activities for electronic products, systems, and test equipment.
  • Analyse and interpret test data, preparing technical reports and recommendations.
  • Investigate product and system failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve test programmes, test plans, and testing procedures.
  • Support equipment verification, production integration, and process documentation.
  • Train test technicians and operators on hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new testing technologies and methodologies.
  • Support specialised testing areas including In-Circuit Test (ICT), Functional Test, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and System/Software testing.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Test Engineering experience within the electronics or high-technology manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in functional testing, burn-in testing, and automated testing environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Knowledge of test automation, hardware and software test development.
  • Exposure to NPI test setup and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development.
  • Experience in automation, scripting, API development, Python, LabVIEW, Perl, or related technologies would be advantageous.
