Job Description

  • Lead supplier quality management activities for strategic suppliers across Asia.
  • Drive supplier qualification, audits, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Manage supplier corrective actions (SCAR), root cause analysis, and containment activities.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and supplier readiness for new customer programmes.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs, quality metrics, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct supplier process audits and capability assessments.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and customer quality teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, SPC, and other quality methodologies.
  • Support risk mitigation and quality planning for critical components and assemblies.
  • Ensure suppliers comply with customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Supplier Development, or Quality Assurance within electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and supplier audits.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and supplier qualification activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Mandarin and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Exposure to power supplies, power conversion products, power distribution systems, server technologies, data centre infrastructure, or semiconductor-related products will be highly advantageous.
