Job Description

  • Develop and implement radio network high-level planning strategies to meet business goals.
  • Analyze network performance and propose enhancements to optimize connectivity and coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align radio planning with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in network design.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for network expansion projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Specialist, Radio High Level Planning, should have:
