Job Description

  • Drive growth of integrated security solutions by identifying, developing, and securing new project opportunities across assigned market segments.
  • Manage and expand relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets through structured pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, system designs, tenders, and commercial quotations that meet project and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations using a consultative, needs-based selling approach.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts in line with internal governance and approval processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and pricing to maintain commercial effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in electronic or integrated security systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, or related technologies.
  • Proven track record in project-based or tender-driven sales environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of security system design and solution integration.
  • Solid knowledge of tender processes, contract negotiation, and project lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and deliver consistent sales results.
