Job Description

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure strong software quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify test requirements and design test strategies.
  • Conduct performance testing, load testing, and regression testing using automation tools.
  • Analyse and document test results, providing actionable feedback to the development team.
  • Identify, log, and track software defects and ensure their resolution.
  • Work on continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members on automation testing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior QA Engineer (Automation) should have:

  • Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in performance and load testing.
  • Ability to write and maintain clear and concise test documentation.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
