Job Description

  • Define and drive product strategies that enhance operational visibility and performance tracking across business functions.
  • Lead digitalisation initiatives by transforming manual and fragmented processes into scalable digital workflows.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify key business metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Drive the design and implementation of dashboards, reporting frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
  • Gather, define and prioritise product requirements for platform enhancements and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data and Business teams to deliver scalable product capabilities.
  • Improve system adoption and user experience through enhanced workflows, transparency and operational insights.
  • Monitor product effectiveness through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the standardisation of operational reporting and governance practices across regional teams.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner (Brand Advertising & Monetization) should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Platforms or Data Product-related roles.
  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting platforms or operational analytics solutions.
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured product solutions.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.



Preferred Experience:

  • Experience within fintech, SaaS, e-commerce or high-growth technology environments.
  • Exposure to automation initiatives, data products or AI-enabled business tools.
  • Experience driving operational excellence or service performance transformation programmes.
  • Experience working across regional or multi-country operations.
  • Mandarin proficiency would be an added advantage.
