Job Description

  • Manage customer orders end-to-end within SAP, from order creation to delivery and invoicing.
  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines, and ensure fulfilment accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, planning, and finance teams.
  • Handle order changes, returns, and exceptions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries related to orders.
  • Manage complaints and resolve issues through internal coordination.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Customer Service Officer (Order Management) should have:

  • 3-7 years of experience in order management, OTC, or operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP or ERP systems.
  • Experience handling B2B customers and order processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling customer queries.
