Job Description

  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives to improve fulfilment operations efficiency and productivity
  • Develop structured project plans to address operational gaps and deliver measurable improvements
  • Monitor daily operational KPIs, identify risks, and implement both short-term fixes and long-term solutions
  • Perform root cause analysis on performance fluctuations and recommend actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and system workflows
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope and resources

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Operations Improvement Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or operational roles
  • Background in e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working with data and extracting insights (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency required)
  • Effective communicator with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
