Job Description

  • Define and own end-to-end Martech architecture across ,CDP (data ingestion, identity stitching, activation), Loyalty & Offer Engine (transactions, rewards, rules), Marketing Automation (journey orchestration), OOTB & custom AI models
  • Define integration requirements between upstream and downstream systems, including POS, Mobile App, Web, Loyalty, CEP, and Data Lake environments
  • Define API frameworks, event schemas, identity models and real-time data flows
  • Ensure data models support advanced analytics, including personalisation, lifecycle modelling, churn, and CLTV
  • Define and enforce cross-banner standards for events, behaviour tracking, transactional data, and campaign structures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Martech Solutions and Integrations Manager should have:

  • Hands on experience with CDP platform and marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of event driven architecture, API integrations and webhooks, & data pipelines
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, identity resolution, loyalty programs, and offer management.
  • Experience working in regional or multi-market organisations, supporting platform implementations, migrations, or onboarding of new brands, business units, or markets.
  • Proficiency in structuring and organizing complex projects within JIRA by creating detailed user stories,breaking down features, and managing epics
