This role partners closely with HR teams and business leaders to design and implement end‑to‑end talent, leadership, learning, and organizational development initiatives aligned to current and future business needs

Job Description



Talent & Leadership Development

  • Design, develop, and implement talent and leadership frameworks and solutions, including assessments, succession planning, and competency‑based learning programs.
  • Identify critical business and workforce needs and align them with talent development priorities.
  • Implement effective talent assessment methodologies for internal and external leadership placement.
  • Lead talent review and succession planning cycles, including talent identification, assessment, and calibration.
  • Develop and deliver learning and development frameworks that strengthen organizational capabilities and support long‑term business objectives.



Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build strong partnerships with HR and business leaders to shape talent strategies aligned with strategic goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights on talent management trends, best practices, and market developments.
  • Tailor communications and interventions to suit a diverse range of business environments and teams.



Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Apply structured change management methodologies to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Prepare leaders and employees for changes, support adoption, and assess effectiveness through pre‑ and post‑change evaluation.



Governance & Talent Mobility

  • Oversee talent governance processes, succession pipelines, and accountability forums to ensure progress and leadership commitment.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional and cross‑business talent mobility to increase exposure, capability building, and development opportunities.



Leadership Development Framework

  • Develop and implement an agile leadership development framework that strengthens both emerging and experienced leaders across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, or related HR fields.
  • Experience leading enterprise‑wide talent initiatives and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong capabilities in program design, facilitation, stakeholder management, and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate diverse business contexts and deliver integrated talent solutions.
