Job Description

As Senior Manager / Director for OT Security, you will be looking after:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive OT security strategies and frameworks.
  • Lead assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Oversee incident response strategies and ensure swift resolution of security threats.
  • Provide expert guidance on security policies, processes, and technologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in OT security.
  • Business development and client engagement across different industries.

The Successful Applicant

You will need to have experiences in:

  • Proven expertise in operational technology security and risk management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing security frameworks and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks.
  • The ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experiences from consulting line / business development / client engagement line is highly preferred.
