Job Description

  • Lead B2B business planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Drive performance monitoring, KPI management, and business reviews across products, sales channels, and customer segments.
  • Conduct commercial analysis and performance modelling to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, management dashboards, and business performance insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, BI, Network, and Operations teams to enhance business performance and strategic alignment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Planning & Commercial Insights Senior Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in business planning, commercial finance, business analytics, sales planning, or performance management.
  • Strong expertise in commercial KPI management, forecasting, performance reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong experience in advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL
  • Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership skills.
