Job Description

Product Ownership

  • Serve as Product Owner for agency technology platforms and applications.
  • Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements.
  • Manage product backlog, user stories and enhancement initiatives.
  • Translate user feedback into product improvements and new features.
  • Drive continuous optimisation of platform capabilities and user experience.



Business Analysis

  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
  • Perform process reviews, impact analysis and solution assessments.
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Partner with business users to ensure solutions meet operational objectives.



Project & Delivery Management

  • Manage enhancement initiatives throughout the end-to-end SDLC lifecycle.
  • Coordinate across business, development, testing and support teams.
  • Support sprint planning, UAT, implementation and post-deployment activities.
  • Monitor timelines, risks and delivery milestones.



Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Manage relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with governance, compliance and risk teams.
  • Ensure solutions align with internal policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, dependencies and key decisions.



Production Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Support day-to-day platform operations and issue resolution.
  • Drive post-release verification and enhancement planning.
  • Monitor user feedback, adoption trends and operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and business outcomes.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Management / Business Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or internal business applications
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder management and requirement gathering
  • Exposure to project delivery and implementation activities
  • Experience working within regulated or governance-driven environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, proactive and ownership-driven mindset
