Job Description

  • Deliver IP service engineering activities that help maintain reliable network services.
  • Investigate IP service issues and identify practical actions to restore service performance.
  • Configure and maintain IP network services in line with agreed technical requirements.
  • Review service information and technical data to support accurate issue resolution.
  • Work with relevant technical teams to coordinate IP service changes and delivery activities.
  • Document service updates, configurations and issue findings for clear technical records.
  • Monitor IP service performance and highlight matters that require further technical action.
  • Contribute to service improvement activities that strengthen IP network reliability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior IP Services Engineer should have:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience managing and implementing enterprise IP Services solutions in the BFSI industry.

Proven expertise in:

  • F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS)
  • F5 Virtual Edition (VE)
  • NGINX
  • Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)



Strong experience migrating F5 appliances from physical to virtual environments.

Extensive knowledge of:

    • Load Balancing
    • SSL Offloading
    • Virtual Servers
    • Pools
    • Health Monitors
    • iRules (advantageous)
  • Hands-on experience administering NGINX as a Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer, Web Server, and API Gateway.
  • Strong understanding of Infoblox DDI architecture and deployment best practices.
  • Scripting experience using Python, Bash, Shell Scripting, or PowerShell.
  • Good understanding of Routing & Switching concepts and enterprise network environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working within a contract-based project environment and committed throughout the hiring process.
