My client is a prominent regulatory consultancy and compliance service provider operating within the financial sector of Malaysia.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions for clients.
  • Analyse and improve existing IAM frameworks to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Deliver training sessions and documentation to support client teams in managing IAM systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest IAM technologies and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior IAM Consultant should have:

  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management technologies and tools - Sailpoint IIQ/ICS
  • Experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions in complex environments.
  • Ability to analyse security requirements and design effective IAM frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams - particularly experience in project delivery or client facing
  • Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity would be an advantage.
