We are partnering with a leading multinational organization to hire an experienced HR professional to support regional HR service delivery at a newly set up SSC. This role focuses on resolving employee inquiries, managing escalations, improving HR processes, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Our client is a reputable multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong global presence and established shared services operations in Malaysia.

Job Description

  • Manage and resolve complex HR inquiries and employee relations cases.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle matters.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for designated HR services and programs.
  • Support process improvement, standardisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Coach and support junior team members on complex case handling.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure service delivery SLA and quality standards are achieved.
  • Analyse trends and identify opportunities to improve employee experience and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, or HR Generalist functions.
  • Exposure to HR APAC region coverage
  • Business proficiency in Japanese (min N2 and above)
  • Experience managing escalated HR cases and employee inquiries.
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR policies.
  • Exposure to HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience within a regional or shared services environment is advantageous.
