Job Description

  • Prepare financial plans and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts that provide a clear view of financial performance.
  • Review financial results and identify key movements, trends and areas for attention.
  • Prepare management reports that present financial information in a clear and practical format.
  • Analyse variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts to support timely action.
  • Work with relevant teams to gather financial inputs and improve the quality of planning data.
  • Support reporting cycles by ensuring financial analysis is accurate, consistent and timely.
  • Provide financial insights that help stakeholders assess business performance and priorities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Senior FP&A Analyst' should have:

  • Strong capability in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
  • Ability to analyse financial performance and explain key variances.
  • Confidence working with financial data to produce practical business insights.
  • Sound understanding of management reporting and planning cycles.
