Job Description

  • Review and analyze financial lines claims (PI, D&O, Medical Malpractice, PI schemes) to ensure accurate assessment and resolution.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to streamline the claims process.
  • Hands-on experience with claims management systems
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on policy coverage and claims strategy.
  • Handle negotiations and settlements while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for claims management and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the insurance sector.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims processes and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Financial Lines Claims Specialist should have:

  • A strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in financial lines claims (5-10 years of experience).
  • Balanced expertise across technical FINPRO claims and operational claims management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in claims management systems and relevant software.
  • Sound knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an adding advantage.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims effectively.
